As the webmaster, I apologize for the unfinished look and pages of the site. While I have always intended to keep the site as simple as possible....it is taking longer to finish than I have anticipated. Though this is due mostly because of other responsibilities, I apologize to you my viewers.

Our site features complete security for your ordering. The shopping cart system I have chosen does not store or relay credit card information other than for authorization purposes, to keep them secure in the unlikely event of a hacking attack.

While the order process is somewhat lengthy, this again is due to security of your credit card and other information. It also provides some very useful features as we move forward that I am sure you will be happy to know about when they are finally implemented. Some of these features might be gift certificates, discount coupons, and repeat customer discounts.

We accept most any form of payment. MasterCard, Visa or Discover cards are accepted by our shopping cart. We will also however accept payment via cashiers or personal checks, and money orders. We will accept your credit cards via fax as well. For your security, I would prefer that you do not send credit card info in emails, or that you not send cash through the mail. (Although this would be accepted if it gets here...it is not worth the risk!) We will also happily accept Paypal as payment as well. You will need to contact us with your order prior however and we will send you a Paypal payment request until we work out a simple and secure way to place a PayPal option into our shopping cart. (please see our policy page for more details and restrictions)

Rest assured, neither Castleen.com, Castle Enterprises, will ever sell or share your contact information. We may from time to time contact you with offers that we think you would be interested in receiving based on your prior purchase history with us. We will NEVER intentionally send spam to anyone. If you receive a mailing from us and do not wish to receive further mailings, just let us know.
