Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to you --and to us as well. Castle Enterprises has not, and will ever sell your name or contact information to anyone. Period. We will maintain a customer database for our records, and may occasionally send you special offers or other information targeted specifically to you, as a customer base, which we feel would be of interest to you.

We may use cookies as necessary for the operation of the site, (this is how you are able to place more than one item into your shopping cart), but we do not use cookies to track your movements around the Internet nor do we reap statistical information from them.

 Refund Policy
Castle Enterprises offers a 100% refund or exchange policy. If you receive a defective product from us, you need to notify us via email within 3 days to receive a returned merchandise authorization. You may do this with the “Feedback” form on the site.  Returned merchandise will need to be returned to us with all postage paid. It is our option to refund your original purchase price or exchange the product.

Any non-defective item you return according to this policy is subject to 20% restocking charges.

All items must be in resalable condition to be returned. We may settle the return for an amount less than 100% if we deem, in our sole discretion, the item(s) returned was damaged intentionally, not resalable for any reason other than the item(s) originally being a defective product.

We cannot accept returns of customized items.

After 3 days, we may accept returns only at our discretion and with a 20% restocking fee.

Any refused or otherwise unclaimed shipments will not be considered returned.  At minimum, such refused or unclaimed orders are subject to a 20% restocking charge in addition to all costs of shipping & handling.

Any order returned to us undelivered will be will be held not longer than 7 days. Returned or otherwise undeliverable orders shall not constitute a qualified reason for a refund.

Remember, your satisfaction is our goal. We will do everything that we can do to make you happy with your purchases and our customer support.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 Order Cancellation (prior to receiving your order)
If you feel that you must cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly cancel orders that we have not processed, provided they are canceled within three days. However, if we have already ordered a non-stock item from our supplier or have shipped the item, or it has been longer than three days since you placed the order, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. Shipping charges are non-refundable once we ship your order.

 Shipping Terms
All orders/shipments are F.O.B. point of origin. Title, risk of loss and damage during transit pass to the customer upon delivery to or receipt by carrier. Payment of any special routing or special handling charges, including but not limited to, oversize packages, residential and inside deliveries, will be your responsibility.

 Shipping Policy
Castle Enterprises will ship your items as soon as possible. PLEASE do not assume EVERY item on the website is in stock locally, and order it three days prior to needing the item! Many items may be held in a supplier's warehouse. These items may take a week to ten days to receive locally. In addition, we have no way to know of shortages or backorders at our supplier's level.

If we do not expect to be able to ship an item within a reasonable length of time (normally 30 days for supplier backorders), we will contact you and offer you the option of either cancelling your order or holding it open on backorder for shipment when the item does become available. We not only have no control over, but have no advance notice when an item is backordered or discontinued from the manufacturer or supplier.

Please understand...we cannot stock quantities of over 5000 items and keep prices low! You hereby agree to allow 2-6 WEEKS for the delivery of your order.

Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to get your items to you as soon as possible while still keeping our prices as low as we possibly can.

If you are ordering something for a special occassion, or with a deadline, please send us an email to confirm that we can get it to you in that amount of time.  Otherwise, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!  If you are the type of person who will call fifteen times and email twenty-two times by the 3rd day after placing your order -DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!  If you cannot plan ahead, and allow time for us to get your order to you, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! We appreciate your business, however, we do not have a huge warehouse and we cannot ship items the moment you place your order. We do our best to bring you quality items at reasonable (and discounted) prices.  We simply cannot do that when we are spending all of our time asnwering emails and phone messages from impatient people who want everything right now.  Please, if you are one of these burger kings...don't order from us.  Neither of us will be happy with the outcome and you will only cause loyal and reasonable customers' orders to be delayed needlessly.

Effective immediately, all martial arts products will now be considered special order items and are subject to up to four week normal delivery time.  If you can not deal with this, do not order the item.

Collectible, and other highly sought after items, are often backordered from the manufacturer. On these items (such as, Cold Steel Swords) there will be no refunds for items that are backordered.

We do not offer any form of rush shipping or order processing. Period.

Our preferred method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail, however, we are adding UPS Ground shipping as an option.

International customers are subject to additional charges for shipping & handling costs. If these charges are not available through the shopping cart at the time you place your order, you will be contacted later with the amount of shipping. Your order will not process until shipping costs are paid.

International Orders
We will no longer be accepting any orders for edged weapons/items outside the US unless special arrangements are made ahead of time. Additionally, an order for any item that falls under the category of "weapon" as used by your customs department may be refused. Remember, it is your responsibility to know your local laws regarding the shipment, possession, and use of any item you purchase from us. We will not be held responsible for any item held or confiscated by customs or any other government agency for any reason. No refunds will be made for such instances.

We will no longer be accepting any credit card payments from outside the US unless your bank participates in the address verification system. If you must use a credit card for your order, please choose the PayPal payment option. You may use your credit card to pay through PayPal. Otherwise, all orders from outside the US will have to be paid via international Money Order, or a cashier's check payable on a US bank and in US funds. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but the purpose is to prevent fraudulent orders on your credit card.

All international orders are considered to be FOB Ashland, Ohio USA. Additionally, we will NOT ship international orders to any address other than the billing address. We do not offer FedEx. We may agree to ship via FedEx when it is specifically requested and the purchaser agrees to pay for all costs of shipment. However, we are under no responsibility to do so.

In addition to the previous restrictions, we will only accept orders from the following countries;

Product Warranties
ONLY WARRANTIES ISSUED BY THE MANUFACTURERS OF THE PRODUCTS THAT WE CARRY ARE AVAILABLE TO YOU, THE BUYER, TO THE EXTENT SUCH IS TRANSFERABLE. WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CLAIMS (EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED) ABOUT THE PRODUCTS. IN ADDITION, CASTLEEN.COM, OR CASTLE ENTERPRISES, AS THE SELLER, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSS OR EXPENSE RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS FOR ANY PURPOSE WHATSOEVER.

 Liability Limitations

WE DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR LOST PROFITS, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. THE AMOUNT OF CASTLEEN.COM OR CASTLE ENTERPRISES’ LIABILITY IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE LIMITED TO, AND SHALL NOT EXCEED, THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR ITEMS IN QUESTION. ALSO, CASTLEEN.COM AND CASTLE ENTERPRISES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WRITTEN, STATED OR IMPLIED ERRORS OR OMISSIONS OF ITS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.

 Governing Law
All transactions made from this site are viewed in accordance with Ohio law. By ordering from this site, you agree to be bound to the jurisdiction of Ashland County Ohio Courts should any dispute arise and bring about any form of action.

In the event of any formal action, in no case shall the liability of Castle Enterprises, associated businesses, or persons, including its employees or owner(s), be responsible for any damages beyond the amount of the initial purchase in any event.

We will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages of any kind in any event.

 Disputes
Any written or implied purchase agreement between Castleen.com and Castle Enterprises and a buyer shall be governed by, and interpreted under, the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to conflicts of laws and principles thereof. In the event of any dispute regarding the purchase agreement or any other related circumstance, the buyer agrees to the jurisdiction and venue of the Common Pleas Court of Ashland County, Ohio and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio with respect to such matters. The buyer also consents to service of process by United States mail at the buyer's billing address and any objection to said venue is hereby waived.

Items that we sell that might be construed as weapons are sold as demonstration or collectible pieces only, and further, the buyer agrees that they have knowledge of their state and local laws regarding any purchases made from us. Additionally, the buyer must be at least 18 years old for purchase of items that can be considered weapons if used improperly, that their local and state laws allow for their receipt, possession or use of the item and that we are legally able to supply the item to them as an individual or entity.

 Acceptance of these terms mandatory

Buyers must agree to these terms and conditions before placing an order from this site.  Placing an order on our site is viewed as evidence that you have read and agree to all terms of sale as listed here.
